RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the nature of our business, and products sold. Exchanges can be made, within 3 days of purchase in original packaged condition with original sales receipt. We will NOT accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, all tags and packaging must be included.
If you want to exchange an item you will need to email our customer service department FIRST at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you further instructions. Once again, we will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed in any way.
Merchandise to be exchanged, must be shipped back within 3 days of receipt. Items meeting the above conditions. *Please note, if not shipped back within 3 days of receipt, we will be unable to offer an exchange.
Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange based on the conditions above. If conditions are met, we will promptly process and ship exchanged item.
If you are shipping an item over $75 use, a trackable shipping service. Or purchase shipping insurance to ensure confirmation of receipt.
